Dear USCIS examiner:
Please find enclosed a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding my wife, Errin XXXXXX Please also find a check for $545, the fee for this form and the biometrics fee. Errin entered the US on a K-3 visa in 2006. We are happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on Errin’s residency.
Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:
• I-751 Form
• Copies of Errin’s passport and green card
• Copy of our Marriage certificate and Jason’s divorce decree from previous marriage.
• Two sworn affidavits by three U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
• Mortgage and deed documents relating to our home.
• Copy of lease from the apartment we had before we bought our home.
• Joint bank account statements.
• Copies of our debit and credit cards showing joint accounts.
• Copies of Utility bills.
• Copies of our drivers licenses.
• Copies of phone bills spanning the past two years.
• Copies of our joint tax returns for 2005 and 2006.
• Copy of our estimated 2007 joint US tax return(we are waiting to file closer to the April deadline since we have to pay this year)
• Copies of various car insurance notices.
• Copy of our Netflix membership.
• Copy of our Gym membership showing a joint account.
• Copy of Errin’s English 1301(from summer semester 2007) essay about our first green card interview. She got an A in the course.
• Copies of insurance documents for our horses.
• Copies of our Appaloosa Horse Club and AQHA membership cards.
• Copies of Horse board bills and equine vet bills.
• Copies of vet bills for our “Fur Children” Callie (Dog), Mabel (Cat) and Mika (Cat we adopted in 2008).
• Copy of plane tickets to Manchester NH (flew there and drove to New Brunswick, Canada) and wedding invitation for friends wedding in July 2007.
• Miscellaneous notes, letters, envelopes, receipts, plane tickets, and other bits of information we have dug out from under the couch after all these years.
• Pictures of us, our family and our beloved animals.
You may feel free to question any of the sources of the enclosed documentation for validity of their statements, and you are always welcome to visit our home should you ever desire to do so (please bring allergy medication if you are allergic to cats). Please advise us if you have any further questions or problems related to this petition.
We dont have health insurance or life insurance policys so nothing to send them about that, should this be enough??
