It's been 3 months but I heard nothing from CSC for my case.
I had finger prints on 12-31-08.
are there any people who filed after Dec of 2007 to CSC got approved already?????

you are lucky that your service center is California/... 3 months??? I have been waiting 9 months in Texas.... crying.gif

Call both of your senators and your congressperson. Write to the president as well. This outrage must not stand.

Seriously though - 3 months is NOTHING - sit back, relax and expect a looooooooong wait.

It's true that you might get lucky and be approved quickly... but based on the experience of others you might be waiting a looooong time.

Already did the senators and congressman. As far as Bush goes, I won't go there.

In this part of the process, there is no "fastest".

The thing is - do not confuse "Fastest" with "Fast"

Think geological time - even the fastest epoch is still millions of years, even if that's 3x quicker than another.

Actually geological time is probably a good measure since rocks move more quickly than some of the service centers at the moment...

Mine was moved from Nebraska to CSC after filing in Jan 07 so I hope to be approved soon. smile.gif

we have an NOA from CSC in September and biometrics on 10/30. nothing since then....
