Having seen and read Klemmers Post about the wait for a response from the Embassy in london. Im curious to see how long anyone else is waiting currently for indication they have done something with the application wether that is an email or a debit on your credit card.

I sent my info to the embassy via special delivery it arrived on the 20th of march and im currently waiting impatiently and feeling frustrated and helpless even though i know they have it.

Hi there, i sent my petition for hubby and daughter (I-130) yesterday to London(02/04/08) it is waiting to be picked up from the post pox today(special delivery) i've been checking through track. Will keep u posted if i hear anything and good luck to u.

Yeah mine took nearly a week for the Proof of delivery to come in something to do with not being able to get a signature but they guaranteed it got there. So i know they have it and from what i can gather they wont acknowledge receipt of the paperwork the only way to find out is to call the premium rate line or wait until your CC is biled which mine hasnt been yet :S But if yo here anything or your CC is billed please let me know.

Well i got billed today so time to start filling in the other stuff. Did you hear yet Carin?

Well i received e-mail this am, stating that my filing date is 04/04/08, now the waiting begins for 3 months.

Can believe thats the process started, this year will fly in.
