I have to send all my paperwork by the end of April and I was wondering what you guys think I can add to this list:

1. Car insurance statements since 2006
2. Car registration
3. Tax transcripts for 2006 & 2007 (we filed jointly)
4. Blockbuster membership
5. Pictures
6. 3 Affidavits of friends and family
7. Checking account
8. Savings Account
9. Credit Card account
10. Pay stubs with with the same address
11. Change of address confirmation
13. Internet, cable and telephone bill with embarq.

I am also planning on submitting a letter explaining why we dont have any leases or home bills. We are both 23 years old and I am attending school and working full time, he is working to support us too. So we live with family members and the lease is under their name, we dont pay water where we live and the electric can only be under one name.

Also I am finishing my Asociates Degree this semester and will continue my engineering degree in University of Florida which is 3 hours away from where we live, but the job market over there is very bad and he will have to stay here to keep working and travel to see me on the weekends. Im not planning on mentioning this in my application but do you guys think it would be a problem? anybody else away from their spouse?

remember to include a photocopy of the front and back of your green card..

You should also include some pictures of you two together and with family and friends - with dates and places to show continuous relationship. Also for your bank statements and credit card statements - try to include three statements from say 1.5 years back, 6 months back and current - again to show continuity. Good Luck
