Actually my future mother in law is doing the I-134 and has to mail it today.
She became a US citizen through marriage and is now confused between two numbers.

One starts with A and then has 8 numbers and there is another number that does not begin with any letter but has 8 numbers only.

Which one should be the citizen certificate number to be filled in allocated space for 1.b. in I-134 Affidavit of Support.

I would be grateful to anyone who could help ASAP.

I believe I remember that my mother-in-laws citizen # started with an A# as well. It's comparable to the A# we are getting on our visas and greencards.

are you very sure ?? since 1.d. in I-134 asks for the A number. I am just guessing it might not be the same. but thanks so much for the reply.

The citizenship number is not the A#. The A# is the alien registration number.
