Hi everyone on VJ.

What a wonderful site to have stumbled across! We are going to send off our I-129F on Saturday morning, going to get everything together this week to include in the packet to send to the INS. My name is Graham and I am from Scotland but I am currently on vacation with my girlfriend/fiancee Megan just outside Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. We are going to file it while I am still here and if we get approved as quickly as other people have been then I will return home as soon as I have to. No sense in being apart longer than we have to.

So just to say thank you for the help in our first topic and hopefully we will become a regular visitor to this website.

I am in a similiar situation to you Graham! Just stumpled accross the site recently but accident and i cant believe how easy this is going to make the K-1 Process for me!! I am from Ireland and my future husband is from Cleveland OH. Right now we are still together in the states (currently living in Erie, PA, not too far from you guys!- its where we both went to college) but my F-1 visa will run out in June and so i will go back to Ireland then.

We will do the exact same thing as you- we will probably file the initial forms Mid May to get a head start while im still legally here. Im so excited for this journey but Im sure it will all worth it in the end!

Everyone so far is AMAZING in responding to my questions and helping me slowly but surely to become a K-1 Visa expert!!
