On the DS 156 it asks my fiance's home adress. She told me we should put the hotel she will stay at and not her home adress. Is that correct or do we put that info in another place?

Write the address where she currently resides.

Write the address where she resides. The Visa will be delivered by Delbros to the home address written on form DS-156.

The address on the DS 156 form should be her permanent resident address or her current resident address. If you are worried about the visa delivery address, put the the Hotel's address you are staying as your delivery address when you fill out the Delbros form after the interview.

It should be here current address. If she's thinking if Delbros will use the address on DS-156 for delivery, that is not true because Delbros will make her fill up their own delivery form and that's where she can use the hotel's address.
