I read the K1 guidlines and all it says in there is that form I-134 has to be notarized, but yet I was just reading the recent posts and someone who is applying for the K1 said they had their letter of intent to marry notarized. I did not know you had to have this one notarized too. Anyone know what forms have to be notarized?

Only the Affidavit of Support (I-134) has to be notarized.

Only the I-134 used for the visa interview needs to be notarized.

How about starting a timeline? http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=41747 timeline.gif

And updating your profile, sometimes it helps answer questions better if these things are filled in.

If you send letter of employment from the sponsor you would notarize it too.
