I have filled up my ds156 already but i am still not so sure if what i did was okay.
I think i need some comments or suggestions from you guys, those who's done with this..

Place of Issuance: City: i put Manila
State/Province: i put None (do you think it's right to put None? or N/A?)

street address line 2 : i put None (since i only have Barangay i put it in Line 1 and just put none to Address line 2) is it ok?

22: when do u intend to arrive in usa? - ( how did u answer this?)

28: Who will pay for your trip? - do i put my husband complete name or just the word "my spouse" ??(my husband will pay for my trip)

36: has anyone filed immigration visa petition on your behalf? - i marked YES here, and put my husband real name. (is it ok?)

And, is DS156k also needed for K3?

I went thru K-1, but I'll try to answer some of your questions.

you do not need to submit a DS-156k. it's not listed in the K-3 packet.

question 22. you can put " after visa is issued" you are not required to put a specific date.
question 28. my then fiance put my name. I would think you can put your husband's name or write husband or spouse.
question 36 I think you answered it correctly since as K-3 your husband filed an I-130 for you.
