Okay i read a post about the passport photo size to be sent with the 325a. and now i am panicking. i looked at the duplicate packet and sure enough her pictures are smaller. amazing since we got them at a passport photo place. so my question is before the RFE comes i am having her send me some new photos. she will be taking the print out of the link from the Dept of State travel site to insure these pics are good. so will sending them via regular international mail be okay, or will they like other packages, get opened up and "lost"?

before, i also sent my husband a passport size "phil standard" and he complained about it that its too small. i told him well, u did ask me to get a passport size lol... but i think in the US its 2x2... i didnt send another size and just got lucky we never get an RFE coz of it... but anyhow if she will send it thru the mail, make sure its fed-ex ups or dhl (just not the post office coz it will caused delays often than not. but i do believe you'll get it somehow )... i even use our LBC (phil company) and when it got there in the US, ups took over and deliver it to my husband... took only 4 days and i paid like $30 back then

well it is better to be prepared but i dont think you will need them for i am sure they get tons of them every year and will let that go through but would make sure to have them just because good luck

Same here for me. My wife sent me smaller sized passport photos for her I-130 application. Approved and no RFE.

This time though, just to be sure, for her DS-230 application I told her to send me 2x2 passport photos.

yes we were going to get new pics in may when i go there. but to play it safe she is going tom to get some that are 2 x 2 and sending them. hopefully ww wont get and rfe but to be on the safe side and save some time if we get the RFE we figure a few wasted dollars/pesoes will let us sleep better
