Manila has just received my I- 129f or will get it next week. When does my fiance need my I-134 and I-129f packages?

Send them now, if you already have everything..our file has just arrived yesterday to the philippines..(i keep track on DHL website)..& I sent all the documents right away as soon as I heard from NVC that they forwarded our case to the embassy.
