We were married in the Philippines and will be going for the K3 interview in a month or two. Will we need a CENOMAR?

Also, any idea how long it takes after the interview to get the VISA if you pick it up at the Embassy?

No, a married person cannot obtain a document from their government certifying they are not married.

no, you don't need.. CENOMAR- Certification of no marriage

It is suggested you get a CENMAR by filling out the CENOMAR form at NSO, but not everyone has done this. You or your spouse got a CENOMAR before your marriage in the Philippines.

Visas can be delivered as quick as three days and up to three weeks with no delays such as AR or document verification. The times vary per case.

Also... due to the nature of what it is, I think the CENOMARs are only required for K1 (fiance) visa applicants.

dont you also have to show cenomar before you get married when you go to embassy to file for perrmission to get married ??? its been so long cant remember old age setting in aaaaarrrrrrgggggg

This thread is drifting dangerously off topic. Married people don't need Cenomar. How could a government agency certify a married person wasn't married? This is a no brainer. Really.

Married people submit a "Marriage Certificate" with the petition(s). Having an original on hand for the interview is a good idea.
