I haven't been around here in years, don't know if anyone remembers me but anywho lol.....We finished our K3/K4 process, had our interview in Vancouver, got our Visas, entered the US on October 1, 2007 and blah blah blah......We still have all of our I-130 stuff filed at NVC, they are waiting for updated I-864 for tax years 2006/2007, after that I'm assuming they will send it all to Montreal.....We are not doing AOS, we may just do EAD (when we have enough money) we are going to finish the IR-1 process in Montreal.....So that's our history, now the question.....
I just received the entire approved I-129F packet, DS-156, I-134 and my son's medical exam (I think mine is probably still on the way) in the mail.....The cover letter that came with the packet states -
This is an initial screening. Your application(s)/petition(s) is/are being returned to you for the following reason(s):
19. ___ Form DS-156 is being returned to you. Please file this form in accordance with the Department of State's instructions.
Does this have something to do with AOS ?.....Or is it just a copy for me to keep for my own records ?
They also included AR-11 forms because we forgot to update our address when we moved
Did anyone else that entered on K3 Visa get this back in the mail ?.....We thought we were doing so well on our own, I should have known we would end up back here for something hehe
Thanks in advance for any help or info
Blessings
