Hello everyone, vagyis sziasztok!

We are currently "patiently" waiting for my fianceé to get her Packet 3 from the Consulate in Hungary. I am curious if anyone would have a clue as to how strict the consulate is in Hungary. We are calling it close on the I-134 and would like to also know how strict they are concerning financial matters. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

I understand there may not be many filing with relations to Hungary but I figure I would ask as there may be a few of you passing by.

What do you mean "how strict the consulate is"? You have to have the I-134, no way to get a K1 without having it, and it has to meet the minimum financial benchmarks.

Are you asking if the Hungarian Consulate will let it slide without a co-sponsor?

??? you have to meet the income requirements. a number is a number.. either you got it or you dont.

Yes I do barely meet the requirements yet I am concerned that it just won't cut it.

I meet the requirements but just barely. I am only meeting them this year. I did not meet them in the previous years and am hoping this will not affect me.
