Hi Peru people,

I post this question on IR1/CR1 forum but didnt get any answer, so I was thinking you guys might know if some of you went thru similar process, (expired police certificates).
Our case was completed on March 25th, we still dont have an interview date, I am guessing it will be end of May or beginning of June. Anyway, my husband police certificates will be expired until the interiew, will he need to present to CO new or they will accept the one he sent?

Thanks,
Dani

I would have him get new one to be on the safe side. When he gets Packet #3 it will him that he needs those certificates and if I am not mistaken they need to be current. Good Luck.

If he already turned in the police certificates, he does not need them again, the embassy will already have it. just keep the copies.

Just want to update my question with answer. I did contact the US embassy in Lima and they gave me answer on my question the same day, I was amazed. So, they said I am not going to need new PC`s for the interview cause they are valid for an year, except BC with no validation date.
