Yep, that's pretty normal. It gets put in a delivery box at the Embassy and then gets picked up later.

No, I think the answer is.... the MBE.

It should absolutely not be sent with Special Delivery. It should only ever be sent with the SMS couriers. yes.gif

I think there was one in the K-1 forum... maybe you should post and ask? Then if there isn't you can create one smile.gif If there is - maybe you could create a Feb 2009 filers thread instead so you can yell at all those people who start their own...
