Full Version: How can I get another extension?

I filed I-751 early last year and they had sent me an NOA(I-797) stating that my conditional status is extended for a year from date of expiration on my green card. So almost a year has passed and I have a month left now, how can I get another extension since my case is still pending(with Nebraska Service Center)? I've called their customer service and I couldn't find any information regarding extension of a conditional status whatsoever. Anybody experienced this?

You need to make an infopass appointment and take your extension letter and your passport, they will be able to give you a I-551 stamp in your passport... this acts like a temp green card and is good for work and travel...
