I have a question..
if a couple received k3 and i-130 approval at the same time, does this mean that the consulate will automatically process the beneficiary for cr1 instead of k3? If not,, how does it work?

i meant to say if i129f and i130 were approved at the same time,, does this mean automatic cr1?

K3 rolls on its own without and "ing" from the petitioner.
