We're still alive. The USCIS are now changing there Processing Timeframe to September 9, 2007.
How about us early July K3 filers. Have they forgot us already

? seems many of August filers and September
got their NOA2 already. How about us.
I dont know how they do their Processing timeframe. Many really get confused.Its very frustating.

Heres my K3 timeline:
JANUARY 2005 met in MFB site
01-20-2005 officially bf and gf
06-12-2007 got Married in Philippines

Service center: CSC
07-18-2007 I-130 sent
08-08-2007 I-130 NOA1
09-13-2007 touched
09-17-2007 touched
03-14-2008 touched

08-27-2007 I-129F sent
09-04-2007 I-129F NOA1
09-14-2007 touched
we're still waiting to be touch and get approve soon....

We're in the same boat.
Very similar dates, but different processing centers.
Hopefully we hear something soon.

There is clearly an unusual delay with your file. They have been going by I-130 Received Date lately and since yours is in early July, you should consider asking USCIS for a service request or better yet have your congressman or senator do it.

We did contact the senator also requested for enquiry no help evrything is fine it can happen anyday is the answer time is passing nothing is happening
I am tired of calling csc it makes me so mad can't think of anything
