i agree with this. some of them have giant pictures, its a bit ridiculous, should be a limit on the size of a pic and number of pics.

I really think this idea should be readdressed and given some serious consideration. There have been some recent events on the boards here where obnoxious signatures are commented on and the responses from the offenders are rude and inappropriate. They'll even make their sig pics even more obnoxious. I like some sigs, but would greatly appreciate being able to turn off user sigs as needed, rather than miss out on all sigs.

Agreed, there are some siggies where the person has a photoalbum of pics, and its not just one or 2 but tons. i have things in my siggie, but i dont or hope they are not annoying and bla. i tried not to be flashy or too sparkly
Limit the siggie pic usage.
Glad I read this thread....I finally got rid of all those MEEZ pics!! 
I can look into a solution but it would require some custom coding on my part. It is possible that I can get it working however it may not be super elegant at first at least.
For now I've just ignored those users entirely.

Ewok, I would sincerely appreciate it very much and don't mind if its not "super elegant"!
I didn't know what a "meez" was until I saw ppl complaining about them in another thread..... then I found out about them and had to get some of my own 
ETA: I too would like to turn off some siggies without disabling all of them
