Dear All,

It's been a while since my last post. I need your advice and get some info. form your experiences. Here my situation:

I have my green card expiring in May. Plan to submitt I-751 sometime next week ( I know I should have submitted earlier, but anyway).

I need to travel 3erd week of June... is that realistic? From the forums I learnt that as far as I get the NOA, my Green Card will be extended 1 year and I can travel with it ( I mean GC+NOA)

NOw, going through Nebraska... I really don't know how long a NOA will take to arrive.

From timelines I have noticed: 1 month, 3 weeks.. more... I everything is OK, what is a realistic expectation for a NOA comming from Nebraska?

Please your help. I am giving it a little more than 2 months, is that enough?

THANKS in advance!

Takes a few weeks to a month to get the NOA1 letter, several posts of getting biometrics appointment letter before getting I-751 NOA1 letter.

Petitions sent to NSC are being transferred to CSC. If it's a good indication, and it probably is, a poster sent her I-751 to NSC on March 1, and received her NOA1 from CSC three weeks later.

I mailed it on March 17th to Nebraska and received the NOA extension letter today (it had a date of March 19th). So for me it took 21 days to get the extension letter - and yes, it came from the California service center (I mailed my packet to Nebraska). Good Luck
