Natawa ako aingela laughing.gif ... this is not my thread dear.. i just happen to have started it BUT this thread is actually by and for ANYBODY and for EVERYBODY who participates here whether you are May interviewee or not. This will never grow as long as it has if ako lang, this has been and will always be a group effort.

Prime, you and anybody else are always welcome... you had medical and you'll have interview earlier than any of the May interviewees and we would welcome all your inputs. yes.gif

Hope you would be ok in time for interview.. drink lots of H2O and get plenty of beauty rest para ok na by Tuesday. good.gif

We wish you a SUCCESSFUL interview and visa soonest. NO AR/AP!!! no0pb.gif .... We will be praying for you.

no, i havent called the call center. heard the news from my wife who called the visa center and checked the website of the US Embassy here...that's how I got word of the schedules...

How's that, should I call the embassy? Coz until now, April 20, i still have not received the packet that is supposed to tell me of the schedules and the necessary requirements still needed...

the confirmation email should have been emailed right after you called the call center to set up interview schedule. wala ba any confirmation email ipinadala yong visa information team (the call center)? kasi they will ask what the email address of the visa applicant (beneficiary) is tapos email agad nila ang confirmation ng interview schedule, yon na ung parang appointment letter natin for SLEC and also USEM.

note: medical schedule will not be indicated in the confirmation email from visa information team since they will just advise you to go at least 1week before interview date but once you have your interview schedule, you can just go for medical anytime actually (MON-FRI, except holidays).

ds 156 form @ #2 answer DFA office u are filing for your passport leave blank for country and state/province then in # 3 type issuing country and if u are from philippines type philippines.

as far as i know they dont accept handwritten forms now so fill up your application online.

Joke ra tong buwad oi, i don't want you to go through the hassle of concealing the smell sa airport and also this visa process is already way too expensive so dapat ipit jud ta sa money as much as possible di ba? Just keep the money for the buwad for your allowance in manila... panlaag sa tutuban or sa greenhills. good.gif

Oppss, my mistake, you are on IR-1/CR-1 visa... the call center visa appointment is for non-immigrant visa... and for immigrant visa applicants who can't make their original scheduled interview.

"Starting March 19, 2008, those applying for K-1, K-2, K-3 and K-4 visas who have been notified by the Embassy to prepare for their interview can call 1-909-101-7878 (within the Philippines) to schedule an interview appointment at the U.S. Embassy. The cost of the 909 service is U.S. $0.98 per minute; this amount will be charged to your telephone bill."

I am not familiar with the IR-1/CR-1 visa, it is a little more complex than "K" visas... I think you should check with USEM or NVC directly...
USEM: (02) 3012000 ext 5184 or dial 0
NVC: +12026631225 OR +16033340700 press 1 then 5

I wish i am able to help more but most of my knowledge is with the K1 process. sad.gif But here is what I got from the NVC website: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/ty...types_2991.html

as long as NVC assigned you MNLcase wait for @ least 1 week then u have to call hotline 1-909-101-7878 to have an appointment.


the operator may ask :

1. mnlcase number
2. beneficiary ( your fullname )
3. your sponsor ( fullname and address )
4. type of visa
5. passport number
6. email address

you can ask them anything just ready your questions, paper and pen.

do not forget to copy confirmation of your appointment and sites that they are going to tell u to go for ds forms.

If you could help me gather the interview time for everyone on the list, I will gladly edit our list tonight. good.gif pero yong medical sched, first day lang lagay natin ha coz masikip naman space.

BTW, cgurado ka gusto mo medical start monday? Di ba dami daw tao pag monday? Fatima and Julie and I think Donabel will have their medical on April 29-30, hope you girls will get to meet up there. Post kayo pics pag nakita kita kayo ha.

As per Shape's request, I have added the time of interview... but I can't memorize all the interview time and I am time pressed as of now to locate each.... I hope somebody could assist me... just post the your interview time again and those of the people on the list that you know here and I will edit our list as soon as I could...

And if anyone also knows the trick of printing skype call logs and yahoo messager call logs, I will greatly appreciate it. Ricky and I don't spend too much time talking on regular phone or mobile phone because it is very expensive but we do spend ample time talking on skype and yahoo... I have printed my YM chat logs but I can't seem to find a way to print the call logs directly from yahoo archive or skype archive. crying.gif

hello 'te... I only know how to print skype chat logs, call logs, skype to skype or skype to mobile/landline..

(skype out)

1. Go to skype website... www.website.com

2. Login in ur account

3. View chat and call history

4. Look at the File option in firefox... select print... then click ok to print,,

5. If you don't have printer at home, select print... then click save as PDF, now you can save it in USB or diskette and print in Internet Cafe


For Apple mac for skype to skype calls... incoming/outgoing/missed calls


log into ur skype messenger,


go to window option, click history... if you want calls from/to your fiance/fiancee only, you can type her/his name in the search history and it will pull up the specific name with the calls... then press apple, shift and 3....


For chat history...


click on contact and select chat history... it will pull the chat history up to 1 year smile.gif click apple, shift and 3.

For windows..

The same format but just click alt and printscreen (u can paste on desktop or in MS word)

Thank you very much Shape, at least nalagay mo na pala sa list good.gif .. as long as sa dulo lang ang addition it won't mess up the code, yong sa gitna na part ang kakailanganin na naman himayin and idissect like a frog.

...great news!!! i received my appointment letter from the NVC already....guess that settles everything with regards to the docs that I need for my medical exam....

btw, im scheduling it (my medical) on May 5...fyi

I think yes, notice the bar code, if its still matches with your previous one when you redo it, it's ok.

Opppsss...But since you did it last Sunday, and now is Tuesday already. I think it's better to just fill up new DS 156 online if you need to edit something, the bar code is important and should match with your every copies.

Bar code is so important. They scan it to easily get our details we put online. So, it is very important that all your DS 156 COPIES has the same bar code.
