Hi guys,
Has any of you got an RFE (request for additional evidence) so far for the I-129F? We got one on March 17th and they were asking us to resubmit the G-325A form (we used n/a in the boxes where we should have put none and the passport photos for me (the background was too dark).
We mailed the RFE response on the 25th and now i'm nervously waiting to see what's gonna happen next.
I'll keep you posted in case any of you is interested in the outcome.


Our case information are the following:
I-130
- 09/11/2007 - USCIS receives I-130
- 12/28/2007 - NOA1 receipt
- 01/14/2008 - hardcopy of NOA1

I-129F
- 01/17/2008 - NOA1 receipt
- 03/17/2008 - USCIS issues RFE
- 03/25/2008 - we mailed the response to RFE

You woudlnt have gotten this RFE if you had read the guide and looked at the example forms before filing your G-325A, it says very clearly there that you should use none instead of n/a.
