The "new" processing dates reflecting a posting date of March 15 are on line.
For the first time since I have been checking them, they also now offer two
separate tracks, one for K-1/K-2 and one for K-3/K-4. So that would indicate
that the K-3 is alive. Maybe not alive and well, but at least alive.

I also noticed that I-130 date is July 30 which is comparing to February a step back. The date was August 19,and I really can't understand how's this possible. And we all know that dates I-129F for K1 are far beyond September. In fact they are approving applications from February. My husband received a letter from Vermont stating that our I-129F application is lost.I feel like we are under some kind of curse!

Thank YOUTOO, I have been checking that site daily. You beat me to it today. Different time zones maybe. I can't believe they want us to believe that K1 and K3 have the same processing dates. That so full of $hit. here is my 5th letter to the uscisombudmans.

I have submitted the final paper work for my CR1 yesterday under the pressure of my brother in-law. We will probably get our approval next week. LOL Yet, I fought off the pressure here on VISAJourney. Maybe because I will have to face him again.

I am sure that I am blacklist.

Subject: Processing center New Time Lines

I am pleased to see that the processing center’s timelines have now added the K3 petition date. This information seems embellished since the last spread sheet I showed you had approved K1 that had priority dates for January and February of 2008. Why is that date the same as the K3 when we both know that is the farthest from the truth.

Thank you for your time. I just want to get to the bottom of this discrepancies. I had a USCIS officer state that I could do nothing about K3’s being administratively closed. I like to think that you know differently.

Have a great Weekend.

Sincerely

Melissa V. Ayotte.

I am in Japan, so while you guys are asleep, I see things 15 hrs earlier. Anyways, I also
noticed that it shows VSC as one week faster than CSC. While we have seen nothing from
them reported as far as approvals, many posts mentioned that CSC was churning them
out record pace. There is something inheritantly wrong with all this timeline postings from
USCIS. Of course the first problem is that these updates are never timely. And it doesn't
get better from there.
It also irks me endlessly to read that actors, artist and athletes, even exchange visitors
participating in the Irish Peace process get their paperwork completed many, many months
faster and for a lot less dollars than us who are trying to attempt nothing more simple than
bring our spouses home so that we may live a life together as every other married couple.
Rant over.

i think that they found some old dusty boxes somewhere... did you notice how they approved a lot of early august, and then started to approve several july filers that had been left behind?

ya i noticed that, those dates are WAY off when i saw some SEPT filers (2) got approved form VSC 2 days ago, ALTOD and SKY2K .. and they filed in september (i130) these dates have to be way of, i gues they did that so we would quit irritating them, although i have not called once, i am thinkin to doing so..

They have must made a typo mistake or they have no clue. I have seen others, September filers approved on this site and other sites as well. Going back in time does not make sense!!!!

Hi to all of you stuck in the same position as we are!
My wife and I have applied for both the I-130 immigrant visa and K3 visa. She is the US citizen in the US and I am English here in England. I am now so confused with the processing dates that the USCIS put out earlier today. The I-130 processing going backwards!?! So if I am to believe their dates we will be waiting 6 months plus from here before my wife and I can live together in the States. However, reading posts on these forums suggest that the wait is not that long. Very confusing! Can anyone shed some light and offer suggestions when they believe we should possibly have an end to this and I can join my wife in the USA. Heres our timeline:
10th Sept 2007 - I-130 received at USCIS
27th Dec 2007 - I-130 NOA 1received
18th Jan 2008 - I-129f NOA 1 received
24th Feb 2008 - I-129f 'Touched'
10th Mar 2008 - I-130 'Touched'
Would be great to hear your thoughts on this as we currently have no idea when I 'should' or 'could' be in the USA. Am fed up of living in limbo waiting to start my married life.
Cheers all.

I do wish processing speed for all those couples waiting prior to September….
But, in the name of self preservation (and wife emotional health), I hope the processing time of September is a low ball and they speed through September filers also… innocent.gif I’m waiting on the end of October…ugg.

Still...
Best of luck and speed to us all.

In a phone conversation with USCIS 2 weeks ago they stated they were working on Sept 20th, 07. How about the k1 date. They are working on Jan and february K1 approvals. What is up with that lie.

Bureaucracy at it's finest!
They can do what ever they want, BUT what about us?!?!?!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!

Yep this is all totally crazy and it seems like its first out of the hat gets processed right now. I'm sure there must be some kind of sysyem and logic to it all but for the life of me I cant see it. I just feel like we are being punished for going about things the correct way. Oh well, my wife and I have already been waiting 7 months now in this processing mess so I guess we can handle a few more. Good luck to you all and if anyone hears any news then please post it.
Cheers
