Hey guys,

Im here again! Needing your help! Anyway, im planning to file my waiver and submit the I-751 with my first marriage. What do i need to submit aside from the Form I-751? I understand i need to submit my divorce decree with it but do i need to submit proofs and stuff or should i wait until the USCIS get back to me and let them tell me to submit whatever documents they need? Please help!!! Thanks alot!

You need to submit evidence just like any I-751 filing - you have to try to show that the marriage was entered into for good faith reasons... so you might need documentation of the reasons for the breakup.
