Do I need to submit my (the USC) divorce decree to the NVC with my husband's DS320 paperwork or are they just asking for the foreign spouse's divorce docs if they were married before? I am somewhat baffled by the instructions... headbonk.gif

The DS-230 only applies to the beneficiary, therefore you would only need to send your Husband's certificate.

They should have your divorce certificate as you would have submitted it with your I-130.

Then again, if you have a spare copy, can't hurt to submit it as well! laughing.gif

I (the USC) didn't submit my divorce decree with my husband's DS-230 application. We didn't get an RFE for my divorce decree.

Good enough answers for me. I submitted a copy of mine with my I-130 and my husband was never married before. The instructions are just worded a little awkwardly. Thanks for the answers.
