We've dealt with Operator 6 and must say that their professionalism was outstanding. They dealt with us soonest.

Operator 6 is the best they have had there since I've been around.

Someone posted one day that the operator at NVC told them that their IR1/CR1 interview was to be held in Vancouver - so I emailed the consulate to see if they had changed their in policy. Unfortunately not.
