A USCIS employee bought something from me on ebay and I started laughing because I was thinking muahahahha I have control now! Anyways, shall I hold it hostage until all petitions are approved?

Although I know that it's pretty much impossible I voted yes. I would love to see a wave of approvals and know you were the reason behind it.

tell her/him s/he'll have to go through a background check to see if s/he's worth receiving the package.
PS: how do you know it's an USCIS employee?

I am wondered this too, I have sold numerous things on eBay. No one knows each others occupations.
I said "No" because it would lower your feedback score.

because it is being shipped to them at a USCIS office. they don't have their home address just work address (which is verified) for shipping.

i think the buyer should complete an imbra form - after all, shouldn't you know what the buyer is convicted of before sending them anything?

charles is wise. that is a great idea!

LOL....Amber you SO have to f*ck with this person somehow.........
I'd be tempted to take one of my NOA's, lay it on the copier, then white out my info on the copy, and create some sort of 'special' NOA for the buyer.
Say something like 'If this product is defective, mail it to the address listed. Do not contact us about a replacement until at least 90 days have passed'.
Or something like that. I'm sure if you work on it for a couple of hours, you can come up with something really....fun...

That's a good idea - we could take pictures of package in different world locations and send them to him.
Finally, you should mail the package to the Service Center, where its sure to be lost.

it's a big azz cookbook. one of those really expensive ones that is like $60. I bought it a long time ago and never even opened it so I figured it was time to part ways.

Sample Questions
So, how did you come to met your cookbook?
How many other cookbooks did you look at before deciding on this one?
Did you know your cookbook was used before?
What section of your cookbook will you use most?
