We've heard of him recently. Seems like he's a real (insert favorite Dermo word here) but he has nothing to do with the visas getting issued. Who knows, maybe he's even there to shake up the "fakers"? Could be a random security measure. Or, could just be another classic example of Russian customer service.
And the PayPal VJ thing is this....... now that you've been through the process, had some success, it's your turn to give back. VJ has advertisers so there's no need to pay for anything. However, without people coming back and posting, those with first-hand knowledge who have been through the process, VJ wouldn't be what it is.
Don't be a stranger now that you have an approval. There are certainly a lot more important things to be done now (
