I was transferred to "somewhere" on Sept.8. I received the notice Sept 13 in the mail but it only told me that my application was now pending in the office to which it was transferred. I assume that means I was transferred to California. So, I guess you can update that on the spreadsheet. I really just want my husband to live with me--but apparently that's too much to ask for right now.

My NOA2 for CR1/IR1 was issued on 09-24-08 and my NOA1 is in my signature! I hope that helps your spreadsheet.

you can add me to this thread. I hope my story helps someone.
Me and my hubby filed for I-130 at California Cervice Center and when we got our NOA1 for I-130, we filed for I-129F (K-3 visa).
We thought K-3 visa would be faster than CR1 visa but both applications were approved at the same time by USCIS California.

We decided to follow both paths - K-3 and CR1 visa.
I-129F was processed very fast at NVC and sent to embassy.
I-130 was processed a little bit longer at NVC but our case was finally completed on September 29. You can read more details in my signature.

I hope we start speeding up at both VSC and CSC, I saw the general timeline jump ahead two days - yay!!!

I keep counting the Number of ppl who are yet to be approved at VSC...26 still pending before me....the speed at VSC is approving.....I am really not that positive anymore:(

I have an NOA1 of 8/8/2008. I don't know exactly when it has been sent because it is my lawyer who did it. I am still waiting of course at California Center.

You can add me in the spreadsheet if that can help. It's been nice for me to follow others.

The spreadsheet was last updated on September 24, 2008. I am sure there has to be more approvals as of today from both CSC and VSC.

All those approved please post ur NOA2 dates. This spreadshet has helped me keep my hopes high.

Welcome back I have not seen you here much lately

Actually I got my aproval on 9/30 for my I 130. However in my excitment on 10/1/08 I thought that was my approval since that is when I read it

I was officially sent to California office on Sept. 8 but received the dreaded "RFE" October 1 (actually, I read online it was sent Oct. 1 and had to wait until Oct 10 to receive it in the mail).

So, hopefully you can update the spreadsheet soon with my approval but until then I'm officially only transferred to California.

When I sent the RFE back that I got. They approved my I-130 the very next day. So you are almost to NVC

Only 241 days and I finally got a NOA2!!! It's a miracle. Of course, now we wait for the NVC process to unfold but what a relief to finally say the NOA 2 is on its way!

Not sure if I'm posting in the right place to be added to the spreadsheet but we are August 2008 CR-1/IR-1 filers through Vermont. I130 mailed August 12, NOA 1 date August 19, 2008. Nice to have company throughout the wait. Thanks!

Unfortunatley, this list only tracks those on the IR-1/CR-1 visa path, not K-3 visas. there is a thread in the K-3 forum that specifically tracks K-3 filers. Good luck on your journey!

We were just transferred to CSC on Nov 5.

Wow...i didn´t know they were transferring March cases as well. My NOA1 is from around the same days as yours and my online status from 4/1/08. How did you find out you case has been transferred?

What they are trying to say is that there is a separate thread tracking K-3 August filers...this thread is tracking - CR1/IR1 visas for August.

My NOA1 for my CR1 was 10-24-08

I did file a K3 ... but looking at this spread sheet ... is this right? ... we have people getting their CR1 NOA2's in less than 2 months? If so, that is INCREDIBLE If so, I'll just drop the K3 if the CR1 comes in this fast ...

We just got notice of transfer to CSC. Nov 5.

Count us in as another case transferred from Vermont to California.....the form date was Nov. 6.

same here...another transfer to CSC dated Nov. 6th. Let's hope CSC doesn't get held up with all these transfers.
