Thanks for updating your profile status - makes it sooo much easier. If you look at your details on the spreadsheet you will see that your NOA1 took 3 days, not your approval, which is in the next column at 32 days.

Those tend to be expedited applications. It can be expedite for medical, military families, or many other reasons.

Hi Everyone.....back from another work trip! I must admit it was nice not having to think about USCIS for abit - less frustrating. Phillip2....sorry to see you aren't approved yet. Once your RFE is in, it should be soon!

I dont know why I'm telling you this but it is my Grandmother's birthday today. She passed away a month ago completely unexpected - she wasn't unwell, in fact she was very full of life and had many plans. Both her and I had booked and paid for our flights to see my husband on her 80th Bday - today the 19th Sep! It was to be her first overseas trip and she had just ordered her very first passport. In fact we would have been travelling between Honolulu and Houston as I speak - I cancelled my trip and will wait this process out. Needless to say....today is a hard day on many levels.....

So sorry about your grandmother.It's hard to deal with losing a loved one and on top of that not be able to enjoy tangible comfort from the person you would want it from the most. My condolences.
