Thanks to your responses and to MrsRowe's spreadsheet, I have been able to update service centres for those transferred. The Vermont list has reduced significantly. Please let me know if I've missed someone or info is incorrect. Cheers.

Ms.Z, I think that this will be a good thing for you!! I think all those that were moved to California will have an approval by the end of August! I know that you have already been waiting so long, but at least you can know that something is being done now and you can relax just a little bit... I hope things go well for you!

well if you got moved I am sure that they will be working on your case quickly. Thank God for California because this is the only way Vermont can get caught up.

MsZ - great suggestion to email those who mailed petitions prior to 2008, but I really don't have the time to track down all 14 profiles and PM individually. It really is hard to keep track of the stats of people who don't update their details or participate in threads, yet I don't blame people for wanting to get their mind out of this website when the waiting gets too much. If you have some time on your hands, maybe you could PM those people and update me or better yet someone could cut the list in half with you. Any offers?

lol @ JJ - stop pouting. Rajaa IS or WAS k3? Are you still going with the K3 after your IR1/CR1 approval? People are filling out a IR1/CR1 timeline instead of a K3 one so its getting messy.

It looks like CSC means business....congrats to trudger24 and others recently approved. lol @ Phillip, sorry can't help you on that one. I'm guessing you might have to remove your K3 timeline altogether so that you can start fresh with the IR1/CR1 timeline, placing in the dates again....

You can add us to the spreadsheet. We mailed our I-130 to CSC on 7/2/08 and we hot our email notification for our NOA2 39 days later. The timelines on VJ are all a little deceiving at this time because they are basing their averages from the last few months. It is no longer taking as long as the averages would suggest. This site if full of posts that say APPROVED!!
