So I sent all the documents to my Fiancée today via fedex and it cost me $100 to do that. And I just now realized that I forgot to sign my letter of intent to marry! Now I have to sign and send it again and I'm down an extra $50

Eric, you didn't have one with your I-129-F?

What up Eric? I'm living the dream sitting in a mall internet cafe in Ortigas. I think you should just fax it so or send via email. Your orignal intent should be good. Rose had me make a new and I'm asking it where she read that you need a new one. But I would contradict because I think it is just a rumor. I don't see that it expires in the guides.
If you still dont want to take a chance, send by DHL, my packet that I sent to Rose was 10 ounces, but they round up to the pound and they charged me $38. and it might be less for a single letter. I would just sign it, scan it and email it to her and she can print out.
Good luck.

I just read in the guides that you should send another with a date closer to the interview. If you don't think they will mind I will probably just fax it then. Is there somewhere in the Philippines I can fax to where my Fiancée can pick it up?

Perhaps have it scanned and just email it to her?

Actually, that second letter of intent to marry which is dated close to the interview is what they call here in VJ as "Reaffirmation" that you still intend to marry within 90 days period upon arrival here in US. Although I had it for my interview back then, they really didn't ask for it.

Hey, there's no need to send that letter coz it won't be asked during the interview.

I dont remember a letter of intent as a requirement for the interview so I didnt bring one although we had it included in our K1 petition filed with the USCIS.
If it will give you peace of mind to send her another one then do so. Goodluck!!

Yeah I will probably just scan and email it to her. I doubt I will need it reading all the responses but better safe than sorry I always say.
