i dont know whats happening man .........my husband said that we received our noa2...both of our i 129 and i 130 got approved....
but the surprising part is that when i check my case satus it says:RECEIVED AND PENDING.....

Y IS THAT SO???
IS THE UNCIS LYING??? DO THEY UPDATE EVERY NOW AND THEN.......
BUT WHEN I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT IT SAYS THE LAST UP DATE TO MY CASE SAW ON 14 OF MAR 2008.....

Most of the time the online system is not updated, atleast that is what the rep on the phone said. I would call the 800 number to confirm that info.

On-line is helpful, but not always accurate. If you call USCIS you will get a customer service rep that views the same thing you can see on line.

We're in the same boat VCM. My husband got our actual NOA2 letters last March 24 and it has a courier stamp that says March 20. However, when we checked our case online it still says "Case received and pending", not to mention that the last touched we got for our I-129F is March 25 which is kinda confusing if we dwell on it.

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about our status online not matching what is written at the letter because online status' are not always accurate like Lurking mentioned, plus USCIS has this reputation about real-time updates which to my opinion is more often delayed. What's important is you already have the actual NOA2 on hand.
