We have "finally" gotten our receipt number from our lawyer of our I-129f (we have having major issues with people getting back to us at our attorneys office, I suppose they are just as frustrated about this situation as we are) and I plugged it into the uscis.gov website to see what came up. It said we were "last updated" Feb 24/08. Is that our "touch" or our NOA1? Thanks!

That would be a touch if you have not yet gotten your NOA1. You can also call their 800 number to get more info.

It is a touch but many applications were entered in the system on that date, mine was also.
