Hey All,

Okay on the DS156K application, it says to attach Birth Certificate and so on to the form? I thought you bring this with you to the interview??? Do I need to attach all of those things to the form and include it with them when we mail the packet back?? Any help is appreciated!!! BTW, we are going through the London consulate.

I did not attach any documents. In the instruction pack in packet 3, the first page said to NOT attach any documents and I just got my packet 4 2 weeks ago- check it says this on yours.
