Finally, I was able to speak to someone in Mumbai today. She said packet 3 was already mailed to me and if I dont receive it soon, I can download packet 3 from their website. It has been over 10 days since the packet was mailed, so I am assuming it's probably lost.
Where do I d/l packet 3 from? I forgot to ask her about it, tried calling her again, but repeatedly got busy signals. Please help me. Thank you.

A list of everything you need can be found on the embassy's website! look under Fiance Visa will tell you every form you need and if you need the form you can download it from there!

THanks, but I'll need an appointment letter for the medicals and PCC. That's why I am waiting for packet 3 from Mumbai. Dont know if I am right though.
