One of the things I've noticed on the US Embassy Moscow site is that the information on medical exams is one of the few pages without a Russian translation. The info, in English, is here (pdf format). It's linked in Item 11 on the interview instructions, but is curiously missing on the Russian language instructions.
Anyway, my Russian tutor was kind enough to translate this document for me, and I've attached it to this post. If your fiance(e) isn't so comfortable reading the English instructions, this should help her/him. Enjoy.
