I'm a newbie here trying to figure out which route to go, I am already in the US on an F-1 OPT visa. Currently my boyfriend of 3 years and I are trying to figure out if to apply to adjust status before my Visa expires in May of 08 or return to Canada and do the K-1. Alot of it is financial a well.

If I did the I-130 route and stayed in the US, I have a question.
I bought my car in Canada and temporarily imported it to the US in October 07, is there a way to permanently import my car? I thought I read somewhere that there are no extensions on the temporary import, but maybe that meant it cannot be temporarily imported again, but could be permanently imported. If anyone could help me on this that would be great!
