Hello All

I am in the UK and just sent my I 130 for husband and daughter to the London office on the 14th March 2008. No response yet but now reading stuff about lockbox but see nothing about this on the london USCIS site.

What is this and do I need to be concerned for my application if I did not sent to the Lockbox??

Thanks for any info on the matter...
Also, should I have heard or gotten something from them by now or should I put the easter holidays into consideration for delay???

Lock-BOX is the PO-Box that I-130 is sent to USCIS when filing I-130 in the USA. You are DCF so this does not apply to you.

That is what I thought but there is so much info out there that you get caught up in it.

A general DCF timeline is:

I-130 submission by mail or in person
I-130 approval
Packet 3
Packet 4
Interview
Visa received

That is basically it. Easy, eh? tongue.gif
