You need to call them. By the way, Delbros does not verify the docs...they just forward this request to NSO. NSO does the verification and will inform the USEM of the result.
Hope this helps!

And I am 99% sure you will never get any info out of the NSO when and if your docs have been verified. The other 1%, is for a person that has a friend that works in the NSO. I tried everything to get info out of them, and I don't take "No" for an answer and was very adamant with the folks over at NSO. The problem is that there are too many people calling looking for info, so they shut down the info highway.
So, just pray for the best and expect the worst, and you will never be disappointed.
Good luck to you.

HI, the most you can do is call Delbros and find out when they notified The Embassy that you had paid and to start the verification.
We paid delbros on Feb 4th. They Notified the Embassy on Feb 11th, one month before our interview.

You can call Delbros and ask for extension (local) 104 to see when the docs were sent to NSO and if they were sent back to the US Embassy. Or you can call the Embassy once a week.
