i asked them to join visajourney as they are getting so much help and information here. the question for my friend jackie is she is under cr1 visa route too and shes also in the finish line she submitted her docs last mar17 to nvc she gather all her docs with the help of her lawyer like cosponsors affidavit of support and her spouse credentials, and taxes. and her biographical informations. (ds-230) my question for her was:

on NVC operator it says NVC has received your biographic information on March 24 2008 and was still waiting on her affidavit of support forms and fee bill please wait for 6-8 weeks for the result.

( she did payed the fee bill last february and she did sent the i-864 cosponsor and spouse sponsorhip forms too.

IS THIS ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS?

this is what jackies information on her case:

NVC has received the biographic information on March 24, 2008 the NVC is awaiting for the return of the affidavit of support fee bill or affidavit of support forms from the petitioner, once received.please wait for 6-8weeks for the review of the documents and will notify you for the outcome of the review.

sound like they havent gotten the affidavit of support or the fee bill was this sent from phils. or u.s.

jackie sent all the fee bill from USA, she said "on january 12 NVC receives payment for affidavit of support and immigrant fee bill as said by the recording"
