Hi All:

My husband and I can't contain our happiness when we FINALLY got 2 letters from USCIS today informing us that both petitions, I-130 and I-129F has been APPROVED. kicking.gif

Over the weekend, I already have this strong feeling that we will be receiving our approval anytime soon because both applications has been touched last March 21, Friday. We got another touched today (March 24, Monday) but only for our I-129F so we weren't really expecting anything as of yet but to our surprise, my husband found 2 letters from USCIS sitting on our mailbox which he claimed just a couple of hours ago right after he took the trash out of our place. laughing.gif The letters says both petitions has been sent to NVC.

For sometime we thought that we'll be getting email notifications first before we get the actual letters but anyhow, we're so delighted right now that this has happened. We also thought that it's kinda weird that we obtained our approval on the date of her sister's death anniversary. Might be a sign from God. innocent.gif

Thank you very much everyone for the prayers. I'll keep you posted on the developments of our cases. God Bless and remain positive.

Congratulations! Please keep us posted on the outcome of USCIS sending both approved petitions to NVC. Apparently they are sending both in some cases and retaining 130s on some.

Hi Everyone:

Thank you very much biggrin.gif and yes I'll keep you all posted on the status of our case.

Btw, just to share with you, my husband told me earlier that both of the letters we got from USCIS says they've mailed it out last March 20, Thursday which means that our applications has been adjudicated either March 18 or 19 or could be earlier than that. We just find it kinda odd that we still got touches last March 21 and 24... including today, March 25 when actually, our case has already been approved. reading.gif huh.gif And yeah, our online status still says "Case received and pending". rolleyes.gif unbelievable as it is but regardless, we're still very thankful to our Lord for this very good news after Easter biggrin.gif God Bless.

Congratulations to both of you. One question: When is it that you originally sent for the I-130? I sent for ours last fall and in January we got the I-797C Notice of Action. I would like to know the time it took you from the time you received the I-797C to the time you just received the approval. Many blessings to you.

Just a friendly reminder that the scheduling procedure for K interviews at Manila has changed. The new procedure is listed on the USEM website and in the phil forum.

Hi Joselito: Sorry for the late reply. Anyways, we sent our 130 last Aug 7 and received our NOA1 for that last Sept 5. You can just refer to my signature for details smile.gif

FINALLY !!!!!!!!!! dancin5hr.gif
Our petitions were approved on April 2nd for both I-129F and I-130, but we are pursuing K-3. Our attorney only now received NOA2 letters and the website does not indicate any change.
Someone is working, but the website is lax....

My wife still needs to travel a long ways, to get one of her three police certificates… and traveling is not an easy task in Bolivia.

We did not anticipate approval until May, so things are moving along. We sent our I-130 in the last of October.

Keep up the faith and I hope everyone starts getting approved quickly.
