What's the name of the shop? My husband and I live in Seattle, and I think he'd just resigned himself to no bangers while he was here. My family lives in Oregon, so we drive down regularly, and something that good would be worth the trip for him! Thanks in advance!

Oooh - real sausages?! Pray, do tell!! Much as I love hot dogs I just don't know how I am going to get by without my Asda Extra Special honey and mustard pork chipolatas...

I can't find any good ones here in LA. Shocking, yet true.
I was telling my brother-in-law last week I really think there is a market here in LA for fresh organic, herby sausages.

They are twice as long as what you get in the UK but the look and texture is spot on. The taste is almost spot on I'd say they are 99%
as good as the real thing.
They sell them as British Bangers

Thanks Lansbury! That sounds pretty easy to find and we're headed down to Portland this weekend, actually, so we'll check it out. Also thanks for the note about Pike Place market, ddkm! We'll definitely check that out as well.
