What message do you get when the ds3032 is mailed out?

I call the NVC number and get "Please allow 6 weeks for the beneficiary to receive notification"...

Does this mean the DS3032?

No, actually it means your case number has been assigned. Check later this week again to find out what the automated system says and keep checking next week as well, if they have not generated DS 3032 by this week. Usually it takes about 1-3 weeks for them to generate those after the case number has been assigned.

The message will say something like "DS-3032 has been generated...". If you don't hear that when calling the automated line, then it hasn't been generated.
