Our interview was March 6 and, as of March 25, we still have not received our visa. I called the embassy twice before the interview and they recommended we do not pay the document verification fee despite what is stated on thier web site. So we didn't pay.
The CO said our visa was approved pending verficiation of the Cenomar. Obviously, document verficiation normally covers all documents but the CO said only the Cenomar would need verification. We then paid the fee.
I have called to the embassy but get the standard "up to six weeks" answer. After hundreds of attempts, I was able to track the visa on the Delbros web site. It worked only once...early on 3/24. It showed the embassy has not yet released the visa.
We were planning for her to fly here on 3/28. Obviously, that is not going to happen. So we will wait.
Who knows how much longer.

You are not alone. I'm been waiting now since first week of Feb. And still our VISA is in process! I don't know how they do it. Verifying a documents only takes 1 day! and us over a month now and still no progress.
Sorry to hear about your delay. We have the same problem. Very few petitioners are told which document needs verification.
