Charry is set to arrive in 2 weeks.
When she is passing through customs what should she declare on her personal belongings?
Obviously she is bringing clothes and toiletries as well as the computer I gave her as a gift, which was brought from the US to the Philippines on my last trip.
She may be bringing other things like jewelery and like maybe a curling iron and hair drier. Will she need to declare all these items?
Reba
yes, she'll need to declare them as personal and household goods, but she will not be charged tax or duty on them.

She does not need to list every item.... just have her bring a list of the items under general categories, i.e. personal clothing; toiletries; small appliances (haircare); etc.
