my wife received packet 4 early march. i called the nvc to verify if she can do the medical exam already. they said yes since the case was expedited, but a week later my wife calls me frantically and tells me that she received packet 3?! so im like wtf?! now in all the confusion involved in this process they are asking for documents that are not past 6 months. well we've had everything from the get go. now we don't even know which one to process... and this was supposed to be expedited... what the heck USE?!

There is no packet 3 and 4. There is only 1 packet.

Also, what was your question or were you just venting your frustrations?

in the instructions on packet 4 that came first it said; Appointment date: 7 am any working day. bring all the requirements that are listed. so we were all happy and what not. cool send her what she needs to bring to the USEM and then thats it.

in the instructions on packet 3 which came a week later. it said, send all the pre interview forms before doing your medical and the marriage cert and birth cert (mine and hers) should've been issued within 6 months to be usable. and also the ds230.

im not even that sure which packet to do first because 4 came before 3. but if we do 4 before we do 3 what are the consequences?

so today im going to call the USEM and clarify this.

I suppose I am a little confused at your questions and unable to help because K3 must be completely different than K1. I didn't know there were 2 packets (actually, first I heard of it) and I never heard of someone not getting an actual date for the interview.

Appointment date: 7 am any working day. {Sounds like there would be mass chaos at the USEM} Can't wait to watch on youtube.
