I got marriage by K1 in January 2006.My son was K2.He was 20 years old when did apply for Adjustmet of Status,but he did not receive the GC because was 21 when had our interview.He did back to Brazil in May of last year.So when I got my GC I did apply the I-130 to him.Now in January he had an Student visa refused,because the consulate said he could not get a temporary visa because he has a I-130 ,so he must to wait for it in Brazil.
