I noticed that the letterhead title color for ds-230 coversheet using the Jame's shortcut is Black. And the original one received by NVC letterhad title for ds-230 is blue.
I think the Jame's shortcut one should have the color adjusted so it's matches.

The ink in your printer is black/white or colored?
I have both.. color and black/white. If you open a word document Ds-230 barcodesheet, the logo is blue, but the address and title is black.
it doesn't matter if the font is black or blue.
as long you have a similar letter they will accepted

Well, my suggestion, what I did was I email my barcode sheet to KinkosFedex and print there.
